Counsel

Overview

I am a litigator specialising in commercial disputes and insolvency in our Cayman Islands practice.

I advise clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes and have experience with disputes relating to funds, financial services, insolvency, trusts and section 238 fair value appraisals.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills in the Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne, Australia. During that time, I primarily worked with banks and major corporates in their defence of class action litigation in relation to financial services and consumer products.

In 2020, I undertook a 9 month secondment to the Australia and New Zealand Bank (ANZ) where I worked in the Transactional / Trade Legal Team in the Institutional Banking Division and in the Commercial Legal Group within the Australia Division.
